Schlosshotel Harburg - Harburg (Bavaria)

Staying in a 12th-century castle was enchanting. The room was quirky yet clean, and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The cute atmosphere created by the owners.

The restroom facilities need updating.

Truly enjoyed our double room in a condition to sleep on. Absolutely perfect location and very amiable and attentive stuff where a definite plus. The restaurant here was good, we both ordered appetising dishes😃😀

It was romantic, attractive and with a balcony.

The surrounding area is great for cycling and hiking, and we had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.

My wife says that the restroom facilities could really use some upgrading.

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was amazing, so were nice views of village below. The breakfast was hearty with a huge variety of good food. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was amazing - just 5 minutes' walk from Burg Harburg. Found in the interesting area right by a genuine castle, great location, the Dinosaur park, and the center, the hotel offered reasonable prices.

The check-in process was a disaster, they misplaced my reservation and expected me to be fine with a smaller room! The breakfast was nothing to write home about either, just dry bread and a few sad slices of meat. You woudl ve thought a castle would do better, but I almost thought about giving a good review-just couldn't.

the location is stunning and unique and they have parking onsite. it is 10 mins by foot from the bus station.

Exploring the grounds after hours was a highlight, and we loved easy access to the Frankenweg Trail for some great hiking. The tv and cable programming kept us entertained in the evenings. Breakfast offered plenty of options to fuel our adventures! I highly recommend this unique experience.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning, made some nights a bit uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather.

Staying in a castle was lit!

We spent my son's bday here, and it was so cool to explore! The old castle vibe was awesome, especially after dark. The dinner was super tasty, and our room was comfy. Just wished the wi-fi was faster, but it didn't ruin our fun. Perfect place for a family getaway!

Wi-fi was slow, but the tv had great channels. Comfy beds too!

Staying at Schlosshotel Harburg was a unique experience! Exploring the 12th-century castle was like stepping into a fairy tale, especially at night. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest, and the delicious dinner we enjoyed at the restaurant was the cherry on top of this magical adventure. Breakfast had plenty of options to fuel our day!

Staying in a medieval castle was an very nice experience! The dinner was exquisite and the breakfast was fantastic, though we noticed some outdated restroom facilities. I’d definitely choose this place again!
